We went to the fascinating Butterfly park, and extensive beautiful rice terraces where we ate a fresh coconut , and visited a batik factory where we bought gorgeous clothes. The driver was very knowledgeable and proved to be an essential asset with all the traffic and lack of street signs. The driver made the trip truly great.

My tour with Gusti Karjana was absolutely superb. Jatiluwih was stunning and Gusti explained the rice growing process meticulously. The Butterfly Park was first rate with great staff teaching about butterfly and moth metamorphosis. Bonus - there was even a beatle exhibit - I love beatles! But the most special experience is when Gusti took me to his home to meet his family and to help me understand the “family temples” people have in their homes. Gusti was generous, kind, and an amazing guide.
